The project CULTURAL TRANSFUSION carried out by two organizations. The leader is Agere Aude Knowledge and Social Dialogue Foundation, in partnership with Terram Pacis.
As part of the educational project CULTURAL TRANSFUSION we will have the opportunity to create unique materials for humanistic contextual education. These will include: teaching aids for educators, mental games for students and a publication containing good practices in integrating school subjects such as Polish, art and history.
The project concerns the creation of:
- REPOZYTORY,
- SET OF CREATIVE TASKS,
- CULTURAL EDUCATION - GOOD PRACTICES.
REPOZYTORY
The platform will contain materials for broad use by educators in the teaching throught context of the humanities, with particular emphasis on cultural heritage content.
Materials for educators will be prepared in the form of a virtual repository of 15 modules, which will include:
- scenarios,
- inspirations,
- methodological guidelines,
- examples of exercises with the use of digital resources.
The repository will be developed in accordance with the assumptions of hypertext thinking - the content contained in individual parts of the repository will correspond and complement each other.
The repository will be thematically linked to the rest of the results, i.e. activity generator in the form of a game like draw a task and look at the artwork, i.e. the same artwork will be applied to create games for students. The games are designed to support the development of students and their creativity, and to support them in the difficulties that may have arisen from the pandemic, such as anxiety and the problem of interpersonal barriers. The tasks will use methods of art therapy, self-development, various techniques and issues.
SET OF CREATIVE TASKS
Creative tasks are designed to support the development of students and their creativity, and to support them in the difficulties that may arise from the pandemic (difficulty in coping with anxiety and the problem of the widening interpersonal barrier resulting from the compulsion to maintain social distance). Tasks will use the methods of art therapy, self-development, various techniques and artistic issues with the substantive support of artists, photographers, writers, psychologists and therapists involved in the project. Made available in the form of a ”pick a picture-random task” game, they will stimulate the natural creative need and the need for contact with works of art, educate, open to the surrounding reality, build new forms of communication and strengthen the potential of cultural participants.
CULTURAL EDUCATION - GOOD PRACTICES
Publication will be collection of good practices, recommendations and guidelines developed, among others thanks to analysis of social and educational needs (in field of cultural education after the pandemic and contextual learning) and cooperation with partner. It will also include scenarios of contextual and interdisciplinary activities, statements of experts (psychologists, educators) on the functioning of young people in apandemic world, hyperlinks leading to podcasts, games / tasks. Publication will contain recommendations and valuable tips for educators and animators of culture, opinions of project recipients on exercises and forms of incorporating culture into youth education. It will be a didactic inspiration and a unique source of knowledge about contextual and interdisciplinary learning combining good educational practices from Poland and Norway. It will be made available free of charge on the project website and distributed to the target group.
