Creative task: Clean your river

Rivers are our common good that we all should take care of. People use rivers as a source of potable water and fish, use them for industrial purposes or to draw inspiration, or just to rest on the banks. Maybe it is time to give something in return?

Go to your local river and clean a section of the banks. You can encourage your friends and family to help you. Remember to be careful – use disposable gloves and ask your guardian to accompany you if you are not of age. You may share the results of your work online!
